1. Introduction

Welcome to the ALFA rulebook. This rulebook contains details of censurable offences in ALFA, as well as of complaint, dispute and investigation procedures. Please read through it every once in a while as it is subject to change. Note that censure may also be based on Section 4.2.2 of the ALFA Charter.

1.1 In-Game Offences And Out-Of-Game Offences
An offence does not have to take place in-game to be considered an in-game offence. Metagaming (Section 2.1) is an in-game offence even if it is done through forums or chat. In the same way, not all offences that occur in the game count as in-game. If you are flamed by a fellow member through in-game tells this is an out-of-game, “Infra” offence, and is to be handled by the Infra Admin. Complaints submitted with the Player Admin or ALFA Representatives that are determined to concern infra offences will be forwarded to the Infra Admin.
