Vickie Aerman
Human Rogue/Trapspringer
A better than average looking red headed female with a twinkle in her sparkling green eyes. She always has a smile and a joyous look and air about her.
Her movements are graceful and cat like as if they are practiced movements. Has flamboyant colored leather armor that shows her movements quite well. As she walks with a spring in her step she almost appears to be a noble.
She has heard tale of the going on in Waterdeep and fell in with a group of traveling Sunites headed there. She met up with them in Arabel and set out on a grand adventure with the others.
A clasp of a silver Moon and Star holds her cloak on.

Re: The TPK
Not sure how much you want in this thread but ... might be good to give enough backstory so that each of the group know who the other is and where/when they met.
My new PC is in game waiting to meet. Can post as much as wanted here ... or in a group thread ... or wherever ... or not at all ...

Now I want to retire Mr. Yanei.
Will be so hard to do.
Put a lot of time and pain into him. Never really got the City Watch situation off the ground... among other more secretive non-public situations yet that are really huge and not 'done' yet.
hmmmm tricky...veeeeeeeeeery tricky....
Such a thing as "Temporary Retirement" on WD server? Ayergo would you entertain such a thing?

The cherubic paladin of Sune, "Innocent", who makes the pilgrimage from Daerlun in Sembia, to the Temple of Beauty in Waterdeep.

Re: The TPK
Man, really sorry to hear about the deaths of so many PCs. All were truly near and dear to me and it is sad to see them go and set aside the plans I had for them in the near future.
As a small token of my appreciation for your awesome playing, I've tooled up a quick new low-level dungeon with repeatable static content for you. See the thread regarding the Dungeon of the Crypt. You'll even find disabling traps there gives you XP!
Additionally the goblin spawn patrol numbers have been reduced (due to IC events) and I've added some more exploration xp triggers. This should help keep things fresh and new for you, and hopefully you won't suffer at level 1 for long.
my condolences again.

There's a place I like to hide
A doorway that I run through in the night
Relax child, you were there
But only didn't realize and you were scared
It's a place where you will learn
To face your fears, retrace the years
And ride the whims of your mind
A doorway that I run through in the night
Relax child, you were there
But only didn't realize and you were scared
It's a place where you will learn
To face your fears, retrace the years
And ride the whims of your mind

Don't worry about it, Ayergo. I've been having a blast. Old PC, new PC .... it's all good.ayergo wrote:Man, really sorry to hear about the deaths of so many PCs. All were truly near and dear to me and it is sad to see them go and set aside the plans I had for them in the near future.

The man they call "Wayfarer", who thought the best in life had come and gone, but who catches a fresh spark of the adventurous spirit after a chance encounter with a group of travellers heading north of the Trade Way near Boareskyr Bridge.

Thanks Ayergo, that was a really fast turnaround on a new patch of dirt for us to make our mark on.

Re: The TPK
No complaints here, Zorl died a mildly heroic death! Thanks for all the work to provide fun for the group.

It’s not the critic who counts...The credit belongs to the man who actually is in the arena, who strives violently, who errs and comes up short again and again...who if he wins, knows the triumph of high achievement, but who if he fails, fails while daring greatly.-T. Roosevelt

Re: The TPK
No problem. Just a note that the baddies there don't have the advanced AI that I use elsewhere, just the dumb NWN AI. Yeah there are a few tough baddies there but most of them are slow moving zombies anyway.Rumple C wrote:Thanks Ayergo, that was a really fast turnaround on a new patch of dirt for us to make our mark on.
Advanced AI is reserved for tougher mobs with better loot.
