Thanks again Ronan for the last week+ of intense Underdark excitement. Today was really nerve wracking.
Looking forward to whatever comes next!

Big thanks to Ronan for a wave of "decorative touches" and fixing annoyance issues with Sword's Edge house.

Re: DM & Player Props
Great session today. Lite on combat, but considering the foes, that was a very good thing. Lots of teasers for potential future plots and I really enjoyed the Kuo'toa body language being role-played into it. Thanks everyone!

Re: DM & Player Props
Was a lot of fun. (Thanks Ronan!) with solid RP. Though not exactly heroic or epic, and actualy quite emasculating, I think the best decision was made given the circumstances.
On to vengeance!

More thank for Ronan for the ongoing drow/UD plot. And to all the big group ... bravo!

Here's Hully bringing Meemam'la Cilwa successfully into Baldur's Gate harbor.

Props to Jmecha and Castano for their RP in an extended time stuck together underground. Was good fun!
And of course, thanks (again) to Ronan too!

Re: DM & Player Props
Had a couple of "top 5 challenging battles of career" in the last two days, one a random seeming seed into something by Darkmystic on Tuesday or his super-early Euro Wed morning (good to see Nuran's Liam for first time in a donkey's age), and what felt like another climax vs. a villain who we love to hate for Sword's Edge on Wednesdays under Ronan. Quite a twist at the end there too, wonder if his High Radiance has got some bromance issues to work out on account of a missing buddy.

Re: DM & Player Props
Thank you to the DMs and Players of TSM for not only making Horatio feel welcome, but a part of what is going on so seamlessly.
General thanks to all ALFAns for the long ride with Horatio and the many interactions with so many people. When I created Horatio (just to get back on the horse after losing Morro, the first character) using dice randomization for everything possible, I never expected to enjoy it as much. It was a slow frustrating start, but about 4 weeks in, Horatio made his first friend... It was at that moment that he ceased to be a collection of random rolls and skill picks, but started to breath. The players of the characters Horatio interacted with are a large part of it, so many, too many to list. And every one had some impact in how he developed.
Thank you again all. I just felt like saying it, before anything happens to Horatio, so it doesn't sound like an epitaph.

Did Zyrus teach Horatio patience?gonz.0 wrote: And every one had some impact in how he developed.

Despite the 'cold' reception by most, I'm glad I joined in on the few DM things I've had since returning to TSM myself. I'll probably start playing again this week.
First Character: Zyrus Meynolt, the serene Water Genasi berserker. "I am the embodiment of the oceans; serene until you summon the storm." Zyrus: http://tinyurl.com/9emdbnd
Second Character: Damien Collins, the atypical druid. "What? Being a stick in the mud is boring. No pun intended grins"

Props to Ronan and the group for the session last night.
Perhaps today we'll manage to get rid of dusk once and forever!
