I cannot donate blood here in the US because I am jampacked full of vCJD naturally. However I can give blood to our lab's research every fortnight. I just gave a couple of days ago, but if I give twice more before August 5th, would that be good enough for you Veilan? I'll even donate my own proceeds (since we do get paid) and if you like, wrangle someone into photographing the needle in my arm as proof!

bah, cannot donate atm as i have recently been in regions where malaria is a problem.

However, I will match Velians donations (in aussie dollars ie $10au per blood donation) to charity (your choice, or default red cross/crescent) for anyone who donates from now until the end of august.

I was in an accident as a kid, and am still around because someone(s) gave blood. Go save a life. Be a hero in real life.

Took me a while to get a picture, but I said I would. I can only go every 2 weeks, so donated 3 of my payments to alfa just now ($30) and snagged some pictures. Not for the squeamish...
