This could have well fallen into the DM Props thread, but I wanted to seperate it from that to thank the Dm's who've been with us during the last months, especially since other threads seem to hold all complaint and no appreciation. I know about DM attrition and the absolute frustration felt by the DM corps. My own was caused by the lack of appreciation I felt as a DM, and constant complaint IG, via PM, on forum and in IRC posed by players.
Thank you Viigas, for all of your tooling of areas, for your extremely complex and fun storyline. I look forward to Thursdays during the week because of it. Staying up late, and taking time out of your life to make things happen is truely indicative of the caliber of DM and person you are. Thank you for going outside the original group and including others, most recently on your Saturday/Sunday when you could have just as easily have been involved in RL. Every PC involved in one way or another has been effected by what you do.
Thanks FI and Jayde. I know I personally am not involved with the majority of what you do, but when my PC hears about the things you two are involved with it makes me smile. Spanning servers is that much harder, in that you've got to be up on the lore of more than one place, and I think it's awesome that you two are spanning servers in what you do. Thank you for trying to find ways to keep us entertained even when you may not have a lot of time.
Thank you Swift. I don't get involved with much of your Dming either, but putting PrC's forward as well as taking on odd timeslots as well as trying to get more statics into the server and running something out of the city for lower levels takes a bit of time, and it is appreciated.
Thank you Curm, for keeping everything on the server on track, updated and flowing.
You guys are all awesome, and appreciated! Thank you for taking time out of your days to add to the story of my character, directly or indirectly, as well as the stories of all PC's on server.
Thank You

<Castano>: danielnm - can you blame them?
<danielmn>: Yes,
<danielmn>: Easily.

Re: Thank You
Hope you don't mind Dan, but I'm going to +1 this. While I may not be involved in events with any but Viigas, this is down to my own timezone, not yours (the DMs) and I appreciate all the hard work you all put into keeping things interesting and fun for everyone (myself included, even if it's just to get the great RP after an event)danielmn wrote:This could have well fallen into the DM Props thread, but I wanted to seperate it from that to thank the Dm's who've been with us during the last months, especially since other threads seem to hold all complaint and no appreciation. Re: Thank You
Castano should be in this group of much thanked people. He built the bulk of the server himself and DMs two campaigns for drastically different groups of players on The Moonshaes

Re: Thank You
Agreed, he's a great DM. Castano, that is.
First Character: Zyrus Meynolt, the serene Water Genasi berserker. "I am the embodiment of the oceans; serene until you summon the storm." Zyrus: http://tinyurl.com/9emdbnd
Second Character: Damien Collins, the atypical druid. "What? Being a stick in the mud is boring. No pun intended grins"
Western Heartlands HDM: On break. PM for emergencies

Agreed, though likely omitted because a) danielmn plays on TSM and b) this is the TSM forum.mr duncan wrote:Castano should be in this group of much thanked people. He built the bulk of the server himself and DMs two campaigns for drastically different groups of players on The Moonshaes
