The Helmite priest wore a stern expression as he descended far below the earth into the dungeons beneath Rauvinwatch Keep. It was well before dawn and he startled the old jailor asleep at his post.

The aged priest loudly rapped is gauntled fist on the desk to rouse the Sergeant.

"Where is gray dwarf?! The one that was brought down from the Hawk's Next last ride."

It took the Sergeant a moment to clear the haze and he shook his head slowly

"The Duergar, man! I want an inquiry chamber prepared now .....with full implements. This gray dwarf has enjoyed his silence and the hospitality of the Marches for long enough. It is time we broke that silence. Put some irons to the fire as well. I will be back with the dawn."

Carrion birds can be seen circling in the sky above the Eye of Warcrown. It is whispered by the villagers of Auvendell sometime late in the day a dwarven armed force could be seen coming from the direction of Sundabar and heading toward the Eye.

A young gnomish man with a distinctive runic burn mark upon his forehead can be seen studying at the University and the Vault of Sages into the late hours of the night and most of the day as well on a variety of subjects. His appearance is notably tired, as though he hasn't slept much, if at all, in days. At a glance the books piled around him range widely, seemingly ever shifting; at one point portals, another time the stacks are about fey creatures, later still imbuing magic and incorporeal studies follow. Throughout the process his focus is intense despite his increasingly haggard appearance.

It is spoken among those in Auvendell and of Sundabar, a great Dwarven Procession wound it's way to Felbarr. Eyewitnesses tell of flying banners with intricate runes on them, of bright and burnished armour and weapons, and of near eighty dead being carried up the mountian toward Felbarr. Hours later, drums and horns could be heard for mere minutes echoing down the valley, before all again went silent. The traders of Sundabar will tell that no trade is going up the mountain.

Talks among city guards seem to center on that sir lady Alyara, knight protector was called for a personal meeting with Sernius Alathar and Methrammar Aerasumé. The meeting lasted but for a bell and the protector looked burden and most consentrated as she again exited into the evening air

Whispers have it she is to replace sergeant Fillion at the hawks nest...

A loud and heated argument ensued outside the SIlverymoon Moorgate betweenLady Sir Alyra Ashedown and Guardian Rathalan Whitsword.

One of the nearby Duty Sergeants near the gate noted the argument as odd since the two were generally quite collegial with one another.

"Well ...I guess that takes the Helmite down to no friends from one. I'd wager, eh Borgil", the sergeant chuckled to the nearby guard as Whitsword stormed past, face red and fuming with anger.

A young woman with long, straight, coppery-blonde hair has been seen frequenting the Vault of Sages over the last few tendays. Often she is accompanied by a worn-looking, yet scholarly gnome and usually sits near the monstrology section, with several books on languages, planar creatures and fey stacked high at her table, her expression set with determination as she pages through each book.

PANIC AT HIGH HOLD

Alarm Bells rang out and the High Hold Garrison manned the battlements this day, scanning the sky with thinly veiled horror. Word has come to High Hold of a marauding great Blue Dragon, seen this day mounted atop a rock spire near the blasted tower. All who travel between Rivermoot and High Hold are advised to keep one eye on the sky as this blue terror is now known to roam the area.

Berendil the Ranger passes this word far and wide, the news reaching Silverymoon within the day.

OOC Note: Seriously, a random encounter Blue Dragon, how awesome is that!?

The smith Arleshan in Rivermoot claims to have seen an elf win a bet with a dwarf about which of them could work iron better. He also claims to have been sober that morning.

A large, muscled blue skinned man has been seen about Silverymoon sticking out like a sore thumb, with a greataxe that is as big as he is tall, almost always on his back. The new arrival tells his name is Zyrus and that he is a Water Genasi. He seems most interested in work that makes use of his greataxe, but has been seen package running along the roads as well.

One particular oddity is his voice: he seems to naturally have a singing quality to it, like a dolphin, and has also been seen swimming along the river for extended lengths of time. Long trips underwater for hours, only to surface hours later seem to not exhaust him in the least.
First Character: Zyrus Meynolt, the serene Water Genasi berserker. "I am the embodiment of the oceans; serene until you summon the storm." Zyrus: http://tinyurl.com/9emdbnd

Second Character: Damien Collins, the atypical druid. "What? Being a stick in the mud is boring. No pun intended grins"

OOC Note: Congratulations, the chance of this random encounter is extremely rare, only heard about it happening once before.

An article found nailed to anything made of wood throughout the market district:
Mysterious Movements and Weird Women Infest Taverns City Wide

Reports are floating in of mysterious occurrences within the taverns of our fine city whenever the outlandish folk (ie Adventurers and the like) are in attendance. Strange winds, deafening silences and rock throwing have all been reported by these folk, though strangely enough not by any residents of the city. These strange events have been reported from all the major gathering points these folk frequent, including the wonderful Golden Oak and The Smiling Satyr.

Sources have informed this reporter that each occurrence was preceded by the arrival of a women with a black hood who then leaves moments after the strangeness has ended. This reporters exhaustive investigations have turned up some small evidence that the esteemed Knights may be connected, though the purpose remains quite unclear.

Could these outlandish folk be bringing spies into the city? Are the Knights themselves spying on them? This reporter vows she will find out!

A huge dark man in an ornate armor covered in blood was seen running past Rivermoot towards High Hold one mornning a few days past. some hours later the same man was seen walking slowly down the hills passing Rivermoot again in the same diraction this time carrying the mangled bloody body of a hin in armor red with his own (and his enemies) blood.
the body was near unrecognizable but some said they think they knew that hin.
A fearless tempite swordsman, loved by whores and tavern owners alike,
by the name of Falco.

Late at night of the same day the man carrying the body of the hin
was seen walking through the Moongate and towards the temple of battle prowess.

"Honor to son of Tempus, Swordsman Falco, the Giantslayer"

were the only words he spoke to Battle priest Firebrand
as he placed the body infront of him and walked away.
