I love the new layout, it's so much simplier to use, as you log in, hit the forum button and it's right there without having to open another site.

I do like the concept of tying the seldom used homepage to the always used forums, that is, things seem better integrated than in the past.
Maybe look and feel options can come with time (making me want a Guinness less), but again, solid seeming concept.

The look and feel thing i'm happy to get input on and make changes to. Seems people are mostly concerned with not having a really wide area though, which is one of the few things i can't do anything about in integrated mode. Mostly anything that doesn't have to do with width or the left sidebar i can do though, like colors, widgets, adjustments, and such. Just need some constructive / realistic ideas.

Anyway, malcontents that just can't get used to this, change your style to subsilver2 and use /phpBB3 instead of clicking the forums link. I hope as few of you as possible do, as we were getting a massive boost to the stats/indexing.

I've now added automatic resizing of images, so any image that is too big, will be automatically scaled to fit nicely, with an option to view full in a popup.

I love the look of the new forums, but the entire right side of the page on my screen (from the portraits over) is cut off. Basically, the page is too wide for my screen somehow. How do I fix this so I can see the entire page?

I know it breaks horribly in IE6, but i wasn't thinking anyone was running that still. If you are, you should upgrade it to atleast 7, or 8 which is newest. IE6 is dangerous to use, as its extremely prone to viruses.
The other alternative is that your screenresolution is 800x600, which is pretty unlikely.
