Something I haven't touched at all in the past four months. Regas has finally convinced me to get things up and running again and I'm looking for help! We're going to be starting the whole retentions department from scratch and build everything from the ground up, following two simple ideas:
-> Everything has to be designed to outlast any one person
-> Retentions is the vital process that takes members from the door and turning them into long term contributing members.
If you're willing to help in any way - anything from helping flesh out ideas on the matter, to helping run things once we get going - I've created an open forum where anyone is welcome to contribute. Will be getting the ball rolling steadily over the next couple of weeks.
