It'd also be rather hard to force women to lactate and those that haven't had a child before.. Enforced pregnancy? Or would it be a new punishment, to be sentenced to 2-3 years if being milked?

Clicking around, it appears that human breast milk sells for about $3.00 an ounce in the US. That's quite a bit more than ice cream, even Ben & Jerry's.

Sure sure, economies of scale and all that.

Exactly! Since you need to have "calved" to produce milk... I think this and the other modest proposal have a glorious future together.
