It is his decision to hold my campaign hostage by his threat to leave. But rest assured, Thanghorn has far more popularity than I.

Oh right, you're running for DMA... without any qualifications whatsoever, an absolutely wrong attitude, a failure to answer any of the more critical questions pertaining to how you will perform your responsibilities as a DMA, or for that matter what those responsibilities entail, and a total disregard for the contributions provided by members of this community, unless they are a blood relative.

That about cover it?

Actually its not to hold your campaign hostage, mate.

I just have no desire to contribute in any other way if my ability to get Moonsea live is taken away. I will not volunteer for a community that backs out on its promise to me, as I have not backed out on my promise to the community through dodgy toolsets, shifting countries, module crashes/corruption and the loss of my HDM and entire team.

And its not a threat, its a fact. I have made it clear many times that I have no desire to DM/build anywhere else and have reluctantly assumed HDM responsibilities in order to realise my goal.

If you or another admin tells me my effort is no longer wanted, I'll take my enthusiasm elsewhere, simple.

If elected DMA, I would only allow the following servers to be built due to ongoing committments to have them in ALFA. But no more new servers.

Alpha: ALFA 01 -- Waterdeep
Alpha: ALFA 02 -- The Far North
Alpha: ALFA 06 -- The Moonsea
Alpha: ALFA 09 -- Island Kingdoms
Beta One: ALFA 10 -- Baldur's Gate
Beta One : ALFA 11 -- Western Heartlands
Alpha: ALFA 27 -- Northdark

Yep, I bactracked, but I can see that the cost of halting server building for alpha servers would mean the loss of dedicated DM's and builders, and my campaign is about preserving those DM's and builders in ALFA..

Well, if I could vote you'd lose mine since a team is already planning on making a NWN2 server not on your precious list. Guess if you get in we could just make the server for another PW project or do it ourselves.

In all fairness to you Lanc...you should actually try and become a DM or actually build something, work in PR, or do something to build some credibility for yourself. As it is most of the ALFA base who read the forums have only seen you rant. No one really knows you, trusts you, or thinks you truly will do any kind of real job if somehow you were elected. If you did some stuff before ever running for an Admin spot I think it would help you and folks can see what contributions you had made before.
