Dan do you have any suggested "slots" you would like to see filled?

People may just be looking for a bit of guidance and coordination...

It can be hard to take action if you dont know that the step youre taking is a step toward the goal your looking to acomplish.

http://www.nwcon4.info/

If you need info you can find info there. I have threads both in the PR forums and also in the DM forums for those that can access it. We basically just want folks who can help either Dm, help show off custom content, volunteer to speak about ALFA (although I would prefer Admin and HDMs to do this), etc.

So far we have:

Daniel:

Clear to dm all three days of the Convention, 4 hours per day, split into 2 hour sessions, and will allow for overage. Thinking from 10:00-12:00 est AM and 2:00-4:00 est pm on all three days. Thanks. (OAS2)

Paazin and Ayergo:

Friday evening after 5:30 PM till 9-10 PM PST DMing on Baldurs Gate? (as in a live mod not connected to our vault? Paazin, is this also what your wishing to do there at the Con?)

Nalo

I will volunteer to be in chat on Saturday Sept 27th from 10am until 1pm PST (GMT-8 ). (so your just going to discuss Dming in ALFA?. Would you DM on a NWN1 server ? Would the Cormyr team put up a NWN1 server not connected to the vault and not passworded for anyone to play on?)

I've sent pm's to Thangorn and Dragoness as they volunteered elsewhere. I need specific times, dates, and what their planning on doing.

Demson, you also volunteered. I need specifics, please. Dates, times, and what you want to do at the Con.

If there is anyone else please post here or PM me. Thank you! I will update this thread as I hear from folks.

lol, I guess we were thinking the same thing...

I will talk with Chamu, he hosts the NWN1 OAS anyway, so I don't think that would be a problem.

Having the OAS1 up and running that weekend would be awesome. If we could get it or another non vaulted NWN1 server up unpassworded we could show off our work on both NWN1 and NWN2. If Ayergo hosts Baldurs gate that weekend. Which, last we talked he thinks its a go.

Okay...I will work on getting OAS 1 up and running... Also maybe some toolsetting to create a "show case" adventure like an event game at a real convention would be cool.

Dan should I add you to the schedule somewhere?

Nalo, Im not sure what Im going to do if anything. Im pretty busy with real life. My daughter is heading back to school and business is hectic. So, im not sure I'll be able to attend. I've not heard anything either from the others in the PR staff. Even though Demson isnt on PR anymore hes volunteered but I dont have any specific times, dates, or what he wishes to do, but Ive PM'd him.

My understanding is i was helping Paaz in chat.

BG is up all the time, if we want to do something with it thats cool but will take some planning so let me know.

A doorway that I run through in the night
Relax child, you were there
But only didn't realize and you were scared
It's a place where you will learn
To face your fears, retrace the years
And ride the whims of your mind
