See that's the point though. If I created a staff that can turn undead x times per day, give two bonus feats and cast additional spells x times per day is that less valuable then an item that gives 10 energy resist? I just don't understand how FS are considered more powerful than a standard cleric. Especially when they don't get the DR until level 20.MShady wrote:Not that any other class abilities are really assisgned monetary values like that.
Changes you might like to know concerning NWN 2 ALFA!

Actually, yea. I created a Gold Dwarf FS of Gorm Gulthyn (God of Defense). I wrote his backstory of how he came to discover he is favored of Gorm and how he set out from the Great Rift for the Silver Marches because of a vauge "vision" of his destiny to somehow stand in defense of the Silver Marches at a time of great need.JaydeMoon wrote: Or do you just want them to figure it out so you can RP a FS?
I played him on the OAS and RPed there for many hours with a DM and some other prospective players. In the end the DM approved me for live servers based on my RP with that character.
So yea. I wanted to play a Dwarven FS because I thought it was a cool story and character to play. I also prefer spontanious casting and that was also part of my reason for wanting to try a FS because this is a game and playing a class you enjoy makes the game more fun.
*In soup Nazi voice* No ALFA for you! *Grabs character sheet and rips it up*Brutus2_ wrote:So yea. I wanted to play a Dwarven FS because I thought it was a cool story and character to play. While true, that's only a good reason to advice against it. If uselessness were a reason to cut things out of ALFA, then there are a few other things that warrant "protective banning". Like Parry, Eldritch Blast or Lightfoot Halflings...Swift wrote:This is probably not the official reason, but the implementation of it is just horrible from a smooth gameplay standpoint.

Why was Circle Kick banned?
Being a player who occasionally enjoys playing a monk, can I ask that the powers that be unban circle kick ? If it was a matter of it being over powered then I would unstand it's being banned, but if circle kick is banned because it would gimp my monk character I would respectfully ask I be allowed to freely gimp my characters with my poor choices.
