Expansion of VFX for DMs

Is this in ALFA yet, and if not, can it be put in easily? It's very tasty, especially for assistant DMs to help out the main DM in a story run.

Talernon has a crapload of special custom stuff. If you want to contact the DM there, I have his e-mail/MSN thing. Also take a look at C3, if you haven't already. :)
