Friday should work for me as well, or the original Thursday night. What's everyone else think?

This coming Friday is not good for me, but Thursday is - I go back and forth every other week (its a child custody thing). So, this coming Friday, I will be available to game between about 3:15 PM Pacific (6;15 Eastern) and about 6 PM Pacific (9 PM Pacific) and then unavailable until around 9:30 PM Pacific (12:30 Eastern). So, with Rick's usual time of 6 PM Pacific/9 PM Eastern, I would not be able to make that.

But .. Thursday I am good for the usual time.

if Rick is good with Thursday I'll pull some strings and make that. May be a bit late.

Since we have lost Rick as a DM for this Mik and I have decided to push forward with the Pride as a player-driven group. Thursday evenings (US) seem to have worked for most people in the past, could we just keep this scheduled? Start around 5:30 pacific (8:30 eastern)?

Works for me. I'll go one further. Is there a DM willing to pick up on this? Darren hinted that more DMs may be joining TSM soon.

I'm no DM so I can't offer to pick up this plot, but I am more than willing to pick clean any corpses you guys end up leaving scattered around the landscape. Yours', your enemies', whuteva.
<paazin> Elves I bet are kinda fun to play.
<BH|werksux> I prefer the trumpet or clarinet
<BH|werksux> elves wiggle too much

Any DM assistance would be more than welcome. As this is player-run it will mostly be based around whatever spawns are around for combat (if the story calls for it), and imagination. Mostly the latter. One of the players will weave the story for everyone else in the event if a) there is no DM available or b) if the DM just wants to watch/spawn stuff on occasion or control NPCs. I kind of see this as something that players can do other than the normal stuff around the server to keep themselves entertained, but also as something that any DM could contribute to as they like since the primary story arcs are not going to be very long and don't rely on the knowledge of a single DM. Since the DM doesn't need to prep the story all they really would need to do is contact the one planning the story for the event to see how they could help. Generally simple things like spawning creatures and placeables, maybe effects, etc to enhance the feel of the story.

Awesome. Let me propose the first story idea then for our next session if I may. Wynna ran a spice event with Thoron a while back at the falls/pool outside of Quaervarr where she had a fey appear in the water. Thoron spoke with it and pledged his protection of the pool and the area (the nice water spirit likes gems =D). There is a cave behind the waterfall that houses lizardmen I believe. Would the Pride be interested in clearing the lizards out of the cave? As Sintaqx said, this is something RP driven in follow up to a DMed spice event. If a DM picks it up it might be interesting to see what's at the end of that cave or whether the water spirit actually likes the lizardmen =D

A second idea would be a battle with the gnolls that sit in ambush on the hill just outside of High Hold on the road to Quaervarr, or even in the cave where Ama'Asha fell, or both. Thoron has been looking for revenge on those gnolls since Ama died, and well, he was a member of the Pride and all, only seems right. Same goes for revenge on whatever killed Camerion (although Thoron still does not know of this IG). Who knows maybe we can instigate a gnoll invasion to follow up on the orc invasion, (*hint hint new DMs*) then the orcs and gnolls unite and its lots of mayhem and destruction for everyone =P

We could also continue with the exploration of the crypt in the haunted town outside Rivermoot. Thoron has actually recruited Gaius Hammidi to take a look at the trap and lock on the gate to the crypt IG already. Would be real nice to discover what's being kept locked in there (*another shameless hint*).

Just some ideas to start us off. Feel free to chime in or ignore them altogether :D

This would be a good way for our newer DMs to learn a bit about the client and the server as well. I can't guarantee that I'll be around tomorrow night but hopefully we can get some support for you.
