Ven,
Exodus already has a very large number of current (and past) Alfa members playing there who are enjoying the atmosphere, especially the welcome relief from the endless politics and voting "blocks" of influence.
If you understood WHY it's founders, builders, DMs and players went there you'd understand that a proposal like this is a non-starter. And those that do wish to play on both worlds already have toons on both and wouldn't want to choose. Others are slowly leaving altogether to give Exodus a try.
Personally I think Alfa would be best served to look seriously at what Exodus has done right and make fundamental changes to address the key reasons why Alfa is bleeding. And it is. Afterall, much of the backbone of Exodus was built off the lessons learned here.

"We had gone in search of the American dream. It had been a lame f*ckaround. A waste of time. There was no point in looking back. F*ck no, not today thank you kindly. My heart was filled with joy. I felt like a monster reincarnation of Horatio Alger. A man on the move... and just sick enough to be totally confident." -- Raoul Duke.
Well, lets see...ALFA could learn that agendas, political backstabbing, hatred toward players by certain Dms, and just endless quagmire of debating issues into oblivion dont make a persistant world that most want to be involved in. Exodus, from all intents and purposes have moved up the evolutionary PW ladder and taken what they have seen here and learned from the mistakes this place has made and continues to make. Not hard to understand unless your just blind.
I think most players and potential Dms would enjoy that atmosphere. Over there its about the game not every little aspect debated into the ground till the point is lost on why they debated in the first place.
