Fix Static Quests, Plz (They're Repeatable)

My journal was updated for the High Hold Scouting I quest. Maybe I'll be the first DM to reach level 2.

It appears the NPC Malraven is culprit in HH for a number of quests. You shoudl avoid taking quests from this npc until we can get a fix in.

I finished a static quest I had picked up before Marshall Kadalion was pulled away and fixed. I completed it tonight, and tried to turn it in - but the Marshall did not recognize me. Not only did he not recognize the completion of my quests (The Hollows, and the Ruins) he tried to start me all over again with the #1 quests. As if I had never been there.

My bug/problem seems to have been fixed! The Marshall suddenly "remembered" me and all is well. Thanks.
