Silvy Uni Delivered

Post by Wynna »

In the interest of transparency and good news, I have just delivered the erf for Silverymoon University's Lady's College to AL and Rick. There are still scripts to debug, but 5 months of building have resulted in something I'm very proud of at this point. I would love to have people onserver Beta testing it and get feedback in preparation for Live. It is chockablock with custom content and fun stuff, including:

4 areas
18 conversations
58 creatures
124 items
101 placeables
4 triggers,
6 waypoints
8 placed effects
1 store
1 light
3 doors
127 scripts

The staff of Silverymoon University welcome you.

Enjoy the game

Add to that count 18 more items in the form of books! Some of these are on individual towns in TSM, others are bardic tales, others on history of TSM.

Ya, this appears to be the way to lead...by example.

Awesome.

I have Silverymoon proper, and with the university added hopefully Thurs (I have a bunch of essays due tomorrow) with a few other interiors and merchants, it should all be ready to be put online for beta testing. Once that is done: we are in beta 2.

This is a big milestone, thank you Wynna!!!

Linked up to the hosted version of Silverymoon on the Beta 003 server. Any ALFA member who wishes to, can log in and have a look around- from what little I've seen, it's truly impressive.

The new PWC is on the ALFA worldgate host- just update with the alandfaraway profile, and you should be set to join.

Uh huh. I don't see many people of color in that staff photo. Infact, I see like, one. Maybe. And certainly no black humans or black elves. Clearly this is a racist institution out to perpetuate the tyrannical hegemony of the pale skinned sub-races over their equally deserving but less numerous dark-skinned bretheren.

In short, its clear Professor Wynna of Silvy University is a racist. I call for her immediate resignation unless races of color are added to the staff of Silvy U. post haste! This injustice cannot stand! The Valsharess does not abide!

Or something like that.

Racism aside, nice work. ;)

Wait until you see this thing! I got to look around the Uni for an hour this morning, and was completely blown away.

Wynna has wrought a beautiful thing here, and I can't wait to get home from work to look some more.
