Sschindrylyn is under the King's Forest in Cormyr but it doesnt matter as no tunnels connect to it, only portals.. that's why its a great underdark server because potentially it can connect to each and every server..

Is it all interior? Or exterior with a cave-like sky?
If it is exterior, and there is a map, I say go ahead and build it with maybe 4 - 5 exteriors. I can easily build a secret portal to it anywhere in the nooks and cranny's, secret towers and hidden caves I have built all over SM

Then we will have an Underdark its a huge cone-shaped hive inside a massive cavern so you'd probably do more than 4-5 exteriors, probably more like 10. I'm really not sure how you'd go about building it.
