About 40 responded.

The top dieties:

Selune with 8
Shar 8
Gargouth 4
Bane 4
Tempus 3
Oghma 3
Kelemvor 3
Waukeen 3
Hoar 3
Ereven 3
Lathandar 2
Tiamet 2
Lolth 2
Loviator 2
Mask 2
Sune 1
Bahamut 1
Beshaba 1
Malar 1
Helm 1
Torm 1
Tyr 1
Avoreen 1
Corellon 1
Tymora 1
Elistraee 1
Mystra 1
Moradin 1
Ilmater 1
Kossuth 1
Cyric 1

TSM will cover Selune rather well with a large rich temple. Tempus and Oghma will be represented well. Lathandar, Helm, Tyr, Torm, Mystra, and Ilmater will all have temples and shrines. Waukeen, maybe. As for the Shar, and other underground groups, there will be an underground, but not DM'ed by me and possibly built by someone else. Safehouses and underground temples will exist, but with regards to Bane, I'll leave that up to Thanghorn, and any drow I'll leave up to the Underdark. Should the underdark fail to materialize I can work with someone on a separate server or add something to TSM since there are several Underdark locations within the realm.

Thanks for all who answered.

What about good deities that support health and luck? Like Talona and Beshaba?

Cold Lands will have core support for:
Ilmater, Silvanus, Bahamut, Tiamat, Orcus/Tenebrous, Auril, Moradin (dwarven)

Cold Lands will have major support for:
Tempus, Talos, Lathander, Sune, Selune, Kiaransalee (drow), Ulutiu, Aerdre Faenya, (elven), Abbathor (dwarven), Laduguer (dwarven), Yondalla (halfling), Brandobaris (halfling), Callarduran Smoothhands (gnome), Orc Pantheon, rest of Dwarven Pantheon, Bane, Helm, Mielikki, Kossuth, Waukeen

Cold Lands will have some support for:
rest of Halfling Pantheon, Chauntea, Cyric, Shar, Torm, Skoraeus Stonebones, Gaerdal Ironhand, Loviatar, Grolanter, Thrym

"core" - large temples and shrines and large factions enmeshed in most all of the region's activity

"major" - temples and shrines, and smaller factions in certain parts of the region

"some" - the deity is represented in some fashion somewhere in the region
Garrigan DeLorre - Paladin 6 - died honorably in battle
X'Anne - Witch (Druid/Ranger mix) 4 - captured and imprisoned awaiting trial (retired)
Talon Xavaliir - Cleric 11 - living

Man, evil got jipped off.

3 of the 7 core deities are evil
6 major deities are evil plus the orc pantheon
5 of the minor ones are evil

*Tiamat, Orcus, Auril, Kiaransalee and Talos each individually have their greatest concentration of strength here than anywhere else in Faerun

"jipped off" would be none or one at each slot in my opinion, so we do have opportunities for evil-based PCs

in "jipped off" do you mean the evil deities aren't of the same ilk we see everywhere else already like Shar, Cyric, Bane, and Lolth?

in that case, i'd agree, our evil-based deities are different than most areas, but i think that is a good thing

now saying all that, Damara is a very lawful good country and it would be very challenging to run an evil PC there, if you are running an evil PC on our server it would probably be in Vaasa or in Damara incognito

plus, it wouldn't be very good for ALFA if two connecting servers (Moonsea and Cold Lands) were evil-based

so we feel we are the "good" that balances out the Moonsea's "evil"

*(now that Untheric Pantheon is no more, Tiamat second biggest sphere of influence (Vaasa) will become her first, and i'm guessing on the Talos part but as far as I have read, he is more venerated here than anywhere
Garrigan DeLorre - Paladin 6 - died honorably in battle
X'Anne - Witch (Druid/Ranger mix) 4 - captured and imprisoned awaiting trial (retired)
Talon Xavaliir - Cleric 11 - living

so we feel we are the "good" that balances out the Moonsea's "evil"
towns/cities with evil governments -: Zhentil Keep, Hillsfar, Mulmaster, Teshwave, Voonlar
towns/cities with good/neutral governments -: Phlan, Melvaunt, Thentia, Elventree, Elmwood, Glister, Whitehorn
towns/cities that are ruined -: Hulburg, Sulasspryn, Yulash, Northkeep

All the cities with evil governments (governments, not people cause there are many good characters that still live in these places) still have support for a few good dieties although the bad guys do have big temples there agreed.

My response to this would be that the Moonsea balances itself out with the biggest forces for evil being the "big three" bad @55 cities..

yeah not saying we don't have some of both, just saying that playing an evil PC in our main hub will be extremely challenging probably like playing a good PC in Zhentil Keep

example i can take this paragraph you wrote and swap out the opposite and it makes sense for Damara :

All the cities with good governments (governments, not people cause there are many evil characters that still live in these places) still have support for a few evil dieties although the good guys do have big temples there agreed.

and that is what i meant by balancing, the fact that if i was an evil PC i would feel out of my element travelling around in the main cities in Damara, whereas perhaps the opposite is true in the Moonseas most notable cities
