Personally, Hoar.

If whacking many, many transients on NC with the ol' DM wand for a couple years counts as "polling" - Helm and Mask (by a landslide) for clerics, Mystra for arcanists, Brandobaris (by an even larger landslide) for halflings, Clangeddin (by not as much of a margin) for dwarves, Corellon and Rillifane for elves, Malar for half-orcs, and not enough people play gnomes for me to give a stat on them. Testing a deity-field-reading script confirmed as much, too.

Tricky, tricky question, almost like "What's your favorite movie?"

Evil - Gargauth; Good - Tymora; Neutral - Oghma.

Lolth, Eilistraee and Loviatar. Keep in mind though that Lolth and Eilistraee might be changing come the third book in Lisa Smedmen's "Lady Penitent" series. We don't know how this battle of goddesses will end yet.

Shar in her nihlistic aspect(not as keen on her keeper of secrets role). I've always found the implication that she represents something from before creation intriguing. It raises the idea that she may very well be justified in her hatred of all things, from her perspective creation would be a tumor or a cancer at best and all she is doing is trying to return things back to the way they were before the void was violated by AO. Surely any right thinking and enlightened mortal could not be helped but to be moved by her pain and seek it soothe his mother's suffering by annhilating all that he can, including himself.
