Could be very promising.

I remember SWG had a few unofficial RP servers.

Hells, I've even played on some RP WoW servers. You'd be suprised at what you find, if you look hard enough.

If you actually join a RP guild in WoW you get decent RP, so long as you can adequately ignore the rest of the dicks on the server that have no interest in RPing.

I've attended a few WoW RP weddings, on the alliance of course.

Then when I rolled horde for pvp and told some of my guildmates about the weddings, they were speechless.

I'll play the KotoR mmo just for the setting. I really dig Star Wars, even saw episodes 4-6 at the drive-in when I was a wee lad.

Played SWG Pre-CU for awhile and it was great. Post-CU was still decent but NGE was an utter disaster.

I've actually been looking into the SWGemu project that's underway.
