The sentance is in the type font for Faerunian Espruar text, an alphabet of which is present in the FRCS. One I would expect alfans to get easyly, it is infact a series of numbers:
Seeing as the grid in the picture is 6 by 6, the english alphabet, including numbers would fit exactly, creating a coordinate cypher. As such, looking back at the series of numbers, you can infer that they are coordinates to letters. However translating them as is would yeild gibberish, however according to the clue, you can flip the coordinates around to get this:
Place that into a internet search engine, google for simplicity, and you come up with one or two sites with that name. The binary code, when translated reads PDF, only one of the two sites has the option of reading the books in PDF format.
The fiction + symbol is fairly simple, fiction section, 5 down. Which gives us Beyond The Wall Of Sleep. The final encompasing white boxes contain 1st page. So the awnser must be within the first page of the PDF document.
The sentance reads:
"that time and space do not exist as our waking selves comprehend them."
