Hi all,

just wanted to say hello to all! :) I've just registered at the forums and am now waiting for the NWN2 servers to pop up, before I send in my application.

Btw, does anyone know when they will be up? The news on the homepage do not have a date, so no way of knowing how old they are.

Well, looking forward to meeting you guys on the OAS and (hopefully) on the live servers. Now let me be off, thinking about ideas for my character... ;)

Welcome to ALFA. The OAS should be up by the end of the year, I think.
The first servers should be popping up at the beginning of next year. If you have NWN I'd seriously recommend trying our OAS.

Welcome to ALFA. :)

I'm hoping we have something up within 6 months, but estimates range anywhere from 5-8 months. Just my opinion on the matter, but I'm quite sure that it will be worth the wait.

*edit* BW beat me to it with a more optimistic timeline. :P

I have played NWN1 when it came out, even played on PWs. I must admit tough, I'm tempted to re-install the game and try the OAS right now - wonder why I did not think about that myself... ;)

Will an application for NWN1 carry over to NWN2?

Yes. Membership in ALFA carries over from NWN1 to NWN2.

I've decided to skip the wait and was accepted for the NWN 1 servers... :)

Right now I'm in the process of creating my first character and getting him to the right server.

Welcome to ALFA!

No matter what server you choose, send your character bio to one of the DM's. It gives us a place to skink in those plot hooks. :wink:
