To write an application is easy. If I remember correctly, you should be able to find the link on Alandfaraway.org, the front page. Its there in big letters: Write application
When you make your application, its not required that you answer every single question - since you have already been acccepted by a Dm. Just tell the name of the Dm, who accepted you, and the time of the acceptance.
