6d Silverymoon Northeast At the edge of the map, just north of the "West to Wallrun" transition, there are two usable doors outside the walkmesh (no big deal), and a third, mostly buried one, which claims to be the door to "The Feathered Ash"
6b Rivermoot: The gazebo in the commons upon which "Cappy" stands.
6c High Hold: Rockpile Cave: There is an interior portcullis that seems to be doubled up. When opened it appears that there is a second gate partially blocking the area. It makes both walking and combat tricky.

When initiating dialogue with her, there's something about the walkmesh in the area that causes PCs standing right in front of her at the base of the stairs to go the long way around to the left instead of straight up to her.
not far from the AT to the shrines and armory there are a set of doors that open to a barracks/ mess hall/ seating area. Something about the build prevents a PC from entering ... although it looks like it is meant to be sittable.
