Server looks to be back up, but has no vault conenction. Is it possible to give one of the tech team remote access? They could probably fix is quick.

I've actually had credentials the whole time-- the trick was just that the host wasn't keen on receiving an RDP until sometime this week (didn't work last weekend; did work this weekend).

WHL appears to be on the vault/database, at least well enough that it's telling us that it's caught up on those ACR updates it missed.
