Could maybe a DM make the rock near the Rivermoot bridge an actual placeable that would have a description matching what is on the rock (the stuff in blue above)? It would be cool to have the rock be a real memorial in the server.

Yes of course. A few other grave sites that I would like to get in that are long overdue as well.
