Hello all,
HEEGZ is stepping down as our Admissions Head, and danielnm is stepping down as our Retentions Head. Both positions need to be filled - obviously as we approach the launch of our NWN2 servers (**crosses fingers**) we will want to both admit, and retain, many many more players. Now, there is an Admissions staff in place - a very professional, hardworking staff at that - but we need someone to lead this very important department. Normally I ask the outgoing staff-head for a recommendation, and I did that this time as well (and received several good recommendations) but I thought I would open it up for people to express interest as well. So, if you are interested, whether you are already on the Admissions team, a veteran of hte Admissions team, or never even approached the Admissions (other than to become an ALFA member), feel free to apply.
As for the Retentions head, we have never had a Retentions staff, but that is not set stone - regardless, the position is coming open and I encourage any and all interested ALFAns to apply.

Ditto to that offer. Although things have changed slightly since I was head of either of those two departments, I'm more than happy to lend a hand to help get people on their feet.
And just a small correction, there have been retention staff, but never under that name. We've had, for example, the CD distribution volunteers, the RP101 instructors and other roles.
