Help prevent it from happening by loosening the reins and letting DMing where playing.Adanu wrote:Without DMs, our community dies, and I'd like to prevent that from happening.

Most people dont care about anyone other than their virtual friends. We arent a CvC world any longer, its all 'by consent'; most (many?) only trust a handful of people to so much as even accept a DM hook (there are countless examples of refusing hooks in various DM forums) so the option to refuse DMing is there (and happens plenty); most DMs have a list of folks they are even willing to DM, the 'trust' is a two way street; and, there is a DMA, presumably you, to field, complaints should they arise.
Ive lost my train of thought here typing so I dont know where I was going with this (aka been in the whiskey). I think basically I was saying there are no longer arms races, there is no CvC to worry about, and who gives a bleeping bleep if some DM is helping their buddies have fun and vice versa by rotating DMing and playing on the same server. You want more people, no?
