
The default Parry functions of NWN still exist and still function. The following features are in addition to the normal function of NWN Parry.
Ayergo's Parry Features only work against the Creature your Character has Targeted.
Every time a Target is killed, you need to select a new Target to make these Parry Features available.
Dual Wielding and Wielding Dual Weapons allows a Character to use these Parry Features against more then on Enemy at a time.
PARRY TIERS
As Parry Ranks are increased new Parry Options are unlocked and previous Parry Options become more potent and effective.
Parry Ranks are determined by the Character's total Ranks available at any given moment by combining Skill Ranks, Attribute Bonuses, Feats, Armor Penalties, Item Bonuses and anything else.
Tier 1 requires 4 Ranks of Parry
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an Unarmed Creature or Creature with a Creature Weapon, the Creature will be force to make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's Effective Parry Ranks. Failed Saves will deliver 1d4 Damage to the Creature.
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an armed creature, the creature must make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's effective Ranks in Parry or take a Penalty to their Armor Class for a few Rounds.
Tier 2 requires 6 Ranks of Parry
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an Unarmed Creature or Creature with a Creature Weapon, the Creature will be force to make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's Effective Parry Ranks. Failed Saves will deliver 2d4 Damage to the Creature.
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an armed creature, the creature must make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's effective Ranks in Parry or take a Penalty to their Attack Bonus for a few Rounds.
Tier 3 requires 8 Ranks of Parry
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an Unarmed Creature or Creature with a Creature Weapon, the Creature will be force to make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's Effective Parry Ranks. Failed Saves will deliver 3d4 Damage to the Creature.
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an armed creature, the creature must make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's effective Ranks in Parry or become Slowed for a few Rounds.
Tier 4 requires 12 Ranks of Parry
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an Unarmed Creature or Creature with a Creature Weapon, the Creature will be force to make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's Effective Parry Ranks. Failed Saves will deliver 4d4 Damage to the Creature.
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an armed creature must make a Will Save with a DC equal to the Character's effective parry Ranks or be Dazed.
Tier 5 requires 16 Ranks of Parry
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an Unarmed Creature or Creature with a Creature Weapon, the Creature will be force to make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's Effective Parry Ranks. Failed Saves will deliver 5d4 Damage to the Creature.
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an armed creature they must make a Will save with a DC equal to the Character's effective parry Ranks or suffer AC and Damage penalties.
Tier 6 requires 20 Ranks of Parry
When a Character successfully uses Parry against an Unarmed Creature or Creature with a Creature Weapon, the Creature will be force to make a Reflex Save with a DC equal to the Character's Effective Parry Ranks. Failed Saves will deliver 6d4 Damage to the Creature.
