The Way (Poem)

Post by Caoimhin Fearghul »

The Way

As darkness falls from the sky, wrapping all in the icy blanket of night
I awaken alone, a nightbound raven in a solitary flight.
From far to the north a cold wind stirs the grasses,
The silent beauty of oblivion unseen by the masses.
Below the wolves howl in mournful despair.
On tattered wings I'm far beyond any care.
I was once told, "When the wind no longer calls your name,
Its time to turn around and go back to where it does again."
Such wise words...if only I knew the way...
But it seems, lost I am and so I'll stay...

Caoimhin.
"Prodesse Non Nocere"
"Somewhere far beyond your reality
And then the march of time begins..."
"And The Truth Shall Make Ye Fret"
