I see...

Post by CloudDancing »

I see populated servers. I see six different campaigns ranging all time zones that offer something for everyone. I see happy satisfied players who are getting dm time on a regular basis.

I've experienced Dms that go the extra mile to richen the storyline and make things happen for players. There are lots of good things to focus on here, so let us all remember the good things and all the good times Alfa has given to us,all for free, and with no obligations.

This last year I've had the most fun in Alfa since the NWN1 days.

I'm occasionally seeing a single person on somewhere else (usually dergon, who's good chatting company ;)), but mostly, tumbleweeds during the times I can keep.

ALFA isn't working for me at all currently, and this wasn't always the case, so I cannot continue blaming Euro mornings / Aussie evenings anymore.

Glad to hear it's working for some, but I've seen a constant deterioration of my fun and enjoyment, and see little prospects of improvement.

But, never give up hope, and it's great to hear about the campaigns going on and the fun people are having. Positive experiences like that hopefully get more people in game.

Cheers,

Veilan just likes to whine.

Kid: "Hey, V, make a noob on WHL and come play with. It's Euro eve, you're Euro, yay."
Veilan: "Can't. I can only play mornings between 10:13 and 10:47"

Don't blame ALFA, blame your life.
And stop whining already, what are you, French?

Who's whining, kid?

ALFA just needs to accept that not everyone might wish to join in spinning tales of fuzzy glory, and should probably stop shouting down everoyne who happens to be on the reverse of the medal. It means you won't have any realistic feedback anytime soon, and I thought you of all people didn't need a rosy-eyed fun bubble to make life bearable. Anyway, it's really adding insult to injury, and not at all a civil thing to do. I believe I should be allowed to say "well, I'm not getting much game, but I'm happy others do and hope this will lead to a better overall population" without being made game of, no?

Also, if you were Jern, someone would have filed four to five complaints about your racism by now, so keep that in check please - everyone knows Hialmar only whines in private :P.

Cheers,
