A cloaked and hooded halfling has been subtly asking around Baldur's Gate in the tavern houses and near the docks where a fellow might "Find a proprietor who dinna care where a partic'lar item come from" and who "will pay decent coin and not ask no questions".
A share of the sale take is offerred to the person who can point him in the right direction.
