NWN1 low level campaign
Looking for members wishing to start a campaign of low level PCs for NWN1. Starting location would be Northern Cormyr.
I have been building a bit for NC and am looking to reveal this content to a live audience of 3-6 : 1st - 5th level PCs
3 players minimum to start.
I am in PST (GMT-8 ) time zone and would be able to commit to 1 night per week, and possibly a second night.
any evening Monday - Thursday from 5pm - 10pm (again PST so thats an 8pm - 1am window for you east coast players.)
Please pack accordingly as the adventure may take you to multiple servers in the NWN1 ALFA world.
If we get (3) committed players then we can begin planning/creating characters, I prefer and encourage a well balanced party with a significant combat ability, there will be roleplay of course ... but there will also be substantial action. I do not care if the party decides to be all LG do-good care bears or LE foul mouthed assasains for hire... Chaotic Evil can be difficult to manage for a long term campaign so it would be the only alignment choice I would want to dicuss thoroughly before approving.
I will be posting this on the NeverWinter Connections website, so if we have interest from a non-member the game may be delayed to await their application process.
thanks for reading. see you in game.
P.S. When the DM smiles, its too late.

Haven't I seen you skulking about before?
BTW below is the post in NWConnections, feel free to post interest there as well... it wouldn't hurt to lure someone into an ALFA membership. =)

Since it appears we have 3 interested players we should start planning by figuring out what everyones availability is.
Which days Monday - Thursday can you not play?
Do you have a prefered day?
If we still have 3 players that can all play together, then we should start talking about the details of the party...
http://www.alandfaraway.org/phpbbforum/ ... 793#484793
I want the players to be the focal point of the story, so currently I only have a vague campaign idea, depending on what type of party is constructed I may need some time to "fine tune" the campaign details.

I can play any day if its after 9pm EST. Earlier than that, Monday and Wednesday are better.
As far as characters I have a few concepts in mind, and am flexible as to what the needs of the group are in terms of balance. With NJ's prior posts in mind ideas I am kicking around are:
1. LG Human Pally going through a crisis of faith
2. CN moon elf rogue/fighter
3. CG Dwarven "battlerager" (think I could create him as a monk to simulate a Mithral Hall Battlerager? Maybe a Barb?)
4. CN Human fighter (mercenary type)
Still working on the concepts and not sure which I like best atm ... or .. if you guys would rather play evil I'll come up with something suitable.

Any day/time works for me, not an issue.
Ideas of play....
1. CN elven mage
2. CG dwarven ranger
3. CN halfling rogue.
Whichever the party needs most is cool with me.
Oh, and since I've completely cut out IRC chat and stopped giving a *&#! what anyone else around here thinks, I stopped sulking a while back.

My ol nwn1 alfa haks seem to be out of date.
“In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince, whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.” - Open Message to the Executive Branch.
My character is a NG Selunite priestess. I won't even call that meta, 'cuz it takes all of 3 minutes in conversation to get that much out of her.
'course, I won't stop the both of ya from making CNs to torture me, even though making her CN would mean, at worst, atoning to switch domains.
I think that with a group of 3, we'd end up with the most balanced result with the pally/cleric/ranger combo, provided that ranger can handle traps, (some cleric spells can compensate for roguey shortcomings on the ranger's part, along with two sources of healing in a group that's very shankable due to its size) and hope that we end up with a mage if we get a 4th.
If we do CNs, I could see the fighter and the rogue working well, as long as those neutrals are actually neutral, and not evils who insist they're neutral because they're polite and will do good things when they're paid to. I'd rather not have to plot the downfall of my party mates, after all.

As a side note: I will try my best to open up your "in game" options to reflect a more PnP style of play. Don't let the mechanix of the game engine limit your imagination.
