What happened to Nebojen?

Nebojen was RPd very well and I haven't seen him on in a while. He was funny when he was insulted and played it out real well... is he still around? He almost got punched for calling Rissan "shinetop". I thought it was pretty funny how Nebojen would obsess about those that insulted him.
