Organized groups for live

Post by androcks »

Are there any organized NWN 2 player groups looking for another member?

I'm free during US daytime (which is Europe evening, I think???).

Edit: added NWN2 (thanks Daniel)

Might want to define which platform you are planning on playing.. (NWN1 or NWN2).

I know of a dwarf group in discussion for TSM - contact Twin Axes for details.

And check out the 03 forum - there's an Aussie + New Zealander group forming there.

First step might be to find out who will be DMing and start from there.

You can be sure there will be a group of wizards for the school of magic.

Another one I know about is Vendrin's order of lawful Banites.

Probably a bunch more
People talk of bestial cruelty, but that's a great injustice and insult to the beasts; a beast can never be so cruel as man, so artistically cruel.

  BOO!! HISS !!

j/k Vendrin ... well sorta

As another recommendation...

Make up your own group. decide on such things as ...

Mercenaries,
Servants of a greater master (religious, government, faction),
Friends

Develop an outline for the "style" of the group loosely based on an alignment archtype.

Our group will be mostly LG with some NG and LN characters.

The times when you will most likely play...as mentioned above try and synch that up with a DMs schedule and let them know your intentions as well.

once you get all that stuff together post it on the NWNConnections Website with a description of ALFA and the admissions procedures, offer to assist them in the OAS. Most folks at NWNConnections can roleplay pretty well so it shouldn't be too hard getting them accepted.

If you sell your group well enough and have a little luck you will be able to put together a group in under a month. This would be a win-win for you and ALFA.

Good luck, happy hunting, have fun, and say NO to Banites and Drow, they are cheese-a-rific.

But mine is the only one worth joining.

If you want to play evil with a twist, an evil that is more honorable then most good characters, send me a message, and we can set you and the rest of Faerun on a path to True Justice.

Complaining about Drow and Banites?

Well guess what... it looks like I'm going to have to play in a group of AUSSIES AND KIWIS.

Take that for horror.
