That lesbian gang piece was classic. Sensationalistic maybe, but I don't livei n DC, so who really knows except for the gang's victims.

Damn! I want to see it! I wish I could listen to his radio show tomorrow and hear what he has to say about the interview with you, Mik.

*incredulously amused expression* There is no "invasion", no beach head...

Don't you have a pinhead award for me?

No your not a pinhead.

Thats all I saw but I liked it. Thumbs up Mik, I checked out Magile's link as well, and it makes me all the more eager to see a replay on the youtube.

Didn't find on youtube yet, but for those that want to see it, check it here. It's cunningly hidden under the videos section (pinheads & patriots).

Pinheads & Patriots talk about a military death and Woody...

edit: You want "What's The Beef?"

It's apparently titled "What's the Beef?" Great job Mikayla, you looked and did great.

The video was very uncomfortable for me to watch. O'Reilly just kept going on about "opinions" and basically just waved his hand at Mikayla (figuratively and, in some moments, literally) and brought up the same issue over and over. Is this how he normally is?

I told Lou we should have Tivo'd the show tonight just in case, so we found it with the search function, miraculously, in the commercial break immediately preceding the segment with Mikayla on. Uncanny timing! Anyhow, though she held her own very well- was confident, clear, knowledgeable and well-spoken. Nice work.

Seemed like the church "invasion" was his ace for the interview (and his excuse to find a clip of strangely dressed people misbehaving, clearly more his element than discussions of constitutional law). I hadn't heard anything about that story (though I've been missing the news with my "home writing" mode lately, no NPR commute). Was that just some wacky non-sequitor he pulled out to try to get the upper hand?

Anyhow, nice job, glad we managed to catch it. (and with minimal exposure to the rest of the episode, no less!)

Thanks for posting links to the video - I watched the segment live in a bar here, but there was no sound! So, now that I've seen the video on their website, I can say that at least the video on the website is not edited. When watching the broadcast segment, it appeared he cut two lines - but that may simply be that the person doing the closed-captioning missed those two lines and that they were actually in there. All in all, the video in the website appears to be the whole interview, unedited.
