Two travel-worn figures return to Ruqel, the taller and thicker form bloodied, his traveling garb marked with many slashing wounds. There is later rumors that the two returned from Durlag's Tower, having barely escaped the clutches of bladelings.

Fighting again pushed into Durlag's Tower, with the bladelings explaining their position as being pursued by the Twisted Rune and the Twisted Rune offering a generation of peace in exchange for ridding the area of the bladelings. The bladelings claim that they need a year (specifically, 345 days) in the tower, but don't explain for what, except that they need specific soil and ore found in the Sharp Teeth, which causes them to cross the Twisted Rune's territory routinely.

Settled-upon plans are to tell the Seelie fey of the bladelings' motivations, in hopes that it reduces violence, and to study the spoken-of materials and the likely facilities the bladelings would have in Durlag's Tower.

(( I'm terribly sorry for the short notice today, but today's BG session is cancelled. I can run some smaller, more focused events for players tomorrow after 2pm Pacific but I'm tied up today taking care of the aftermath of a major vehicle collision. ))
