I tried to cast aid, and while there was a little box saying it gave me temporary hitpoints as intended, they never showed up, I was stuck on the same hitpoints as before.

How did you check your hitpoints? As far as I know this hasn't been touched and we just use the base NWN2 thing.
People talk of bestial cruelty, but that's a great injustice and insult to the beasts; a beast can never be so cruel as man, so artistically cruel.

 The Forgotten Passages are so dark, that casting Light has no discernible effect any more.

Elaborate a little? Can't see anything at all? This seems more of a client problem as completely dark areas work fine for me.

The area was so dark for me, I only saw anything when I cranked up the gamma ( = cheating). The Light spell would not give its usual circle of light around my PC at all. However, I just went back and it's not so bad right now. I think the area is marked as having a day/night rhythm, and it got as dark as midnight underground...

Is it? I'll need to remove that if so, as it certainly shouldn't.

Anyway, I'll see about it, thanks.

Bookstore: I'm genuinely puzzled about this -- I thought I fixed it already. Apparently not.

The Haunted Halls of Eveningstar appear to be under Baldur's Gate. And they're missing their lightning-belching megastatues and the slip-n-slide-lolspike trap.

Srsly, though, the pit trap doesn't account for slow fall and has no way for a PC who got caught to get out. If the stuff doesn't exist in ALFA2, there's definitely code from ALFA1 to handle climbing / falling that took monk levels into account.

Huh?

I suppose I'll just make it inaccessible until the area is somewhat remade.

It does. It's just behind the scenes.

BG docks, Rabbit quest: The script does not check if the PC has completed the quest already, and presents a dialog, as if the quest is still in progress.
