This is an OOC item that's involved in the subdual/nonlethal damage system (technically a "creature weapon" that allows unarmed combat to do subdual damage). It's supposed to be auto-destroyed by scripts when unequipped, but sometimes a lagspike will leave one behind. Just dump it in a trashcan, PC tools campfire, or just on the ground somewhere out of the way.
High Hold - the map note for the cave with the three humanoid clans remains in its previous location, off the current walkable area, suggest moving it to the new cave mouth.
6D Silverymoon Surrounds: Item 'Fine Exotic Tunic, White' from Katrinia has a bugged return price. It sells for 32gp but putting the item into the returns bin does not return the money, instead it says "Error: value calculated at -5"
I believe the walk-mesh on all travel map roads should be widened, at least around the AT areas. I have come to notice that, with even a party of three, the leader will become "stuck" behind their party members and cannot walk through them to continue on for the group. I assume this is because you have re-enabled the physics for party members, that being that PCs can now block a path again if they are in the same party.

Had a random encounter near khelb, went to 'Nether slopes' area,
upon completion of this encounter, we ATed out, to find ourselves on teh wrong travel map, near the Gond tower between high hold and quaervarr. Somethings fishy with that area, the scripts connected to it or whatnot.
The nether slopes area was an excellent encounter area btw, looked perfectly correct there, just ported us out to the wrong locale.
((for the record I agree 100% with magile, the travel map 'paths' need to be significantly widened, I got stuck a bunch of times today, and a wider path will keep the leader able to move and the followers from getting stuck in the terrain behind him))
Took the third courier static from the Vault of Sages to High Hold, but on speaking with Steel upon completion of the deliver, no token was generated in the chest beside him to take back to SM.
On the Travel Map road to Quarvarr from Silverymoon, signaling the party to go off the road leads to the leader disappearing and no one transitioning to the open area map, trapping the players on the Travel Map until they relog.

Oakroot's books don't spawn for the first Vault quest.
HH:
Tanning Oil quest will not accept item to be completed. Journal is updated to the correct point in the quest and the oil is in my inventory. (May be due to a server crash)
No discount is applied to goods sold at the Red Knight temple in HH for RK followers.
