It's been a productive first week...

I also know of several projects that I would like to tackle at some point in the coming months. In no particular order:

Help Teric get the WHL server Live.

There is a new PWC available today. Teric wants to do a walkthrough with me shortly. Awarded him HDM status today.

This was done yesterday. Only minor XHTML issues remain, pending help from Zic.

Revisit and finalize the NWN2 item pricing documentation.

Standards Head is updating the team roster and we will probably initiate this massive project in a month or so.

Keep the DM rosters/usergroups updated.

This has been done: HDMs & DMs

Additional projects completed this week:

• DM & DMA staff forums archived, condensed, & reorganized. (thx Rotku)
• Made NWN2 Cormanthyr forum public and created private builder forum.
• Created the two new IC forums for BG and TSM.
• Created WHL DM usergroup and new WHL DM forum.
• Combined multiple PC-related forums into one new forum: PC Information
• Removed the PADM position and renamed ADM to simply DM.
• Initiated multiple discussions with newly active Standards Team.
• Appointed three active DMA staff, see the announcement in this forum.
• Updated the "Up-to-Date List of Admin, Staff, and HDMs
• Revised the Server Stage Definitions, mostly the same, just reorganized.
• Photoshopped a new avatar that has quickly grown on me.

I am not sure what the next week will hold, but I expect to have new information on Teric and Castano's servers. I am also looking into Underdark related things for either an existing Live server or perhaps getting the Skullport mod into action. If you are interested in DMing, building, or helping out please send me a PM.
