Greetings Friends, I hope this post finds you well.

How have the years been treating everyone? Just popped back in to share a bit of news which caught my eye over the weekend, and fondly triggered the old nostalgia gland:

Neverwinter Nights 2: Enhanced Edition

By the look of these forums *brushes dust off from ALFA account, once again*, there doesn't seem to be much activity these days. Hopefully that's just because folks have gradually migrated away from phpBB to other comms channels.

I'll readily admit life and a perpetually-growing list of other things to read/watch/play continues to keep me away, though I do keep my NWN:EE files on the WD server up-to-date in the vain hope to pop in again someday. I'll also keep my hopes up that NWN2:EE will be able to support the TSM/BG/MS servers without too much technical fiddling or headaches. If nothing else it'll be nice to know those servers, this community, and all the hard work done over the decades still carry on in some way, shape, or form.

All the best, and perhaps someday I shall once again see thee in the Realms!

As long as there is backward compatibility for our mods we will certainly be looking to see if NWN2EE will play nicely with all of our ACR scripts and allow us to eventually upgrade in the fall . I don't even want to think about what it would require to create everything from scratch again.
the likelihood of a vault wipe is high however and I may make a list of those that want their PCs NPCd for the future
