Clothing/Weapon Modifications should be fixed

Post by ayergo »

Should all be working now and super cheap and/or free. Give it a go and let me know if there are any lingering issues.
There's a place I like to hide
A doorway that I run through in the night
Relax child, you were there
But only didn't realize and you were scared
It's a place where you will learn
To face your fears, retrace the years
And ride the whims of your mind

I'll have to give it a try some time. Does it work for non-mundane items? After all, I would hate for Murgen to put his new +5 returning battle axe in there and have it come out as only +4.

What about reconstructive surgery? In my haste to create a PC, I picked a completely wrong head type. Murgen is not bald, damnit!
Retired NWN1: Murgen Kjarnisteinn (AKA Grumpy Scout)

NOT TOTALLY

so in trying to change the look of my chainmail the only options that seemed to work were the Robe and the neck
could not even change the colors on the chainmail for some reason
The robes looked totally misfit on my toon warping parts of the body a bit
when I attempt to change just the color of the chainmail it acts like its changing it but also warps the body in odd ways like gives me a 3rd white foot makes my two feet bonded together and detaches the hands so that they float

a basic clothing item bought from the shop changed up fine in all manner and cost me 3gp to change
a basic clothing item from my inventory I had bought elsewhere he said the cost would be 3930 gp just to change the look of the shoulders but only really charged me 3 gp

I tried changing up the chainmail using the robe option which then let me change up the various other parts as well
but the cost for all the alterations I wanted showed up as 4981 / 3 gp I had 80 gp in my purse and it told me I did not have enough (nor would I ever pay that much to have stuff altered)
JUST to change to a robe would cost 2510gp and again I did not have the coin to do so he told me

As a side note if you switch out outfits in the middle of the conversation it gives you second set of the first outfit you had on and makes the second one disappear . . .

So at this point it seems to work fine for basic clothing, not sure about basic armor but wants your soul to alter magical armor it seems
