How to bring people? Simple, play with people, invite people to play. Play.
And dm. Hell I quit playing my own character just to dm more since im such a loved (hated) person here and dont see any action with my character anymore. My suggestions are to all of you, dm on one server. You dont need to dm often but if you logg in once per week and make a small adventure knitted together with a campaign idea, you gona get alot of player love. Just frigging dm!
