You can when the image is viewed at its native resolution, I noticed it so I won't be alone. It's clearly a modern surface; an issue which is, and has been, very easily resolved. Besides, now that it has been pointed out anyone having read this thread will probably be unable to unsee it as machine-rolled tarmac. Anyhow there is presumably room for an enormous number of loadscreens, chances are if people like being artsy and can write very short flavor / tip / whatever blurbs, stick to a certain look and feel kind of thing, volunteerism tends to be "a good thing."
