If you have a little time, you can help me as follows:
Point your browser to: http://alandfaraway.info
Try to connect with your normal login/password.
If it fails use the cookieDeleter link at the bottom of the left side menu.
Move around the website/forum and check if everything seems to work okay.
I'm mainly interested in links that seem broken or that go back to the current website (ie go to alandfaraway.org).
Also if you see any bugs please report them here.
Thanks a lot,
H.
PS: please note that even though we will start with alandfaraway.info we will come back to alandfaraway.org in a few days after the move. Moving without changing the domain name is harder on my plate...

using safari on mac, besides having to delete cookies everything works. except.... one oddity - this very thread isn't on the other forums...

Re: Infra needs you :)
So just clicking around is all you need? it seems to work fine
You aren't worried about stickied links to things like xp and wealth standards that are nodes on the .org? as that will go back to normal soon after the move?

Re: Infra needs you :)
The forums are a few days old so of course this thread isn't there
but this way you won't post there believing you are here
Yes please I'm interested in all the nodes going back to the .org.
It's possible to set them so that they change automatically (called relative instead of absolute) and I'd better have them this way.
I have already noted that the "Joining ALFA" and "Sign up!" links are absolute.

Re: Infra needs you :)
all seemed to work fine for me (though I got royally confused at half my PMs from the last week or two not being there till i reread this
)
Re: Infra needs you :)
All the links in the Player's Guide, Technical Documentation, DM Documentation, and Admissions Documentation seem to be working and pointing to the correct site.
On the Servers & Password page:
Baldur's Gate HDM link still points to alandfaraway.org
Moonshae Isles HDM and forum link still point to alandfaraway.org
Skullport HDM and forum link still point to alandfaraway.org
The two alpha servers (Cormanthor and the Frozen North) both still point to alandfaraway.org
The other links on the sidebar all seem to work and point to the correct location.

Re: Infra needs you :)
In the standards forum many of the stickies point back to nodes at the .org, wealth guidelines, xp, certain documents and such.

Re: Infra needs you :)
Looks like phpbb3 cannot manage relative urls so we'll have to live with that
Hopefully the .org migration won't be very long.
