Seems to me that if they're sentient, they're also pretty damned smug, so no morale failures are in the offing anyway.

Brother Maynard is not at the Rose Portal Shrine of Lathander in lower BG, not sure if this is intended or bug because it was night time on the server and maybe he keeps only day light hours now that the server has been updated.
BUG: In the open air market place in Upper BG there appear to me two weapons dealers standing side by side, two armor dealers, two clothing merchants, two beer merchants, all identical and standing side by side.

Both the Priest of Gond and the Priestess of Tymora have conversations for opening up a store inventory, but for both of them the actual store inventory window does not open.

Priestess Mirrorshades at the Temple of Glittergold also has a merchant's inventory that does not open.
Spawns no longer appear to be roaming or wandering and instead goblins, gnolls, and wolf packs appear to stand huddled together motionless where they spawn until they spot a PC or are attacked.

Beregost Street Merchant also appears to be cloning himself, it almost looks like there is a script in place to spawn the cloning merchants every time a PC enters the area in which they exist in.
For example the first PC to walk into Beregost will find one street merchant. The second time that PC enters Beregost there will be the original street merchant in place and a clone beside him, the tenth time a PC enters Beregost there will be ten street merchants and so on.

Fish monger is gone from market. Swimming damage script appeared to be firing extra fast. No I was not encumbered and did survive.

i just tried to sell something to Hakkun the arms merchant (one of the half dozen standing there, i should say) at the BG market and it appears to have crashed the server

Correction, it just timed me out
It's probably got something to do with teh fact it has to write the new inventory to half a dozen NPCs with identical names, or some felgercarb like that

Naskel's Barkeep at the Belching Dragon does not have any conversation scripted.
The two outdoor merchants near the entrance to the Belching Dragon both fire off conversation scripts, but when you attempt to actually shop there the merchant inventory windows do not open.
