I know, but I wasn't talking about "Shar" (I tought the priests are called "Sharites"). I was refering about "Sharess" (Sharessians). Anyway, it's a good tip, maybe I can play a lightheaded Sharess priestess or a darker and mean Shar priestess. (Anything but female)

What our illustrious Riot was hinting at is that many people think it wise to deploy freindly, good-natured PC's at first so that you can easily meet and greet the majority of the ALFA mob. Once you're "known around town", so to speak, then go nasty if that's fun for you.

All players are, of course, welcome to play whatever alignment/personality is fun, but having spent some years in the evil trenches myself I would caution that it can be lonely, boring, and introduces a road-block to smooth server integration.

Having said that, there is an Aurilite faction in TSM that is going strong and having a blast, I think (and a few others a bit more secretive {i.e. would help to have met the players with a previous PC to know who they are}), so if you want to start off nasty, perhaps an Aurilite would be a good choice.

I avoided female for years until our stellar RPer (and long-time RP freind of mine) hollyfant inspired me to have a go at it. It was so much fun I will likely go 50/50 from now on .
