TSM Inn System improvements

The inns use a pretty simplistic setup that could use some improvements. Any suggestions?

I don't know what exactly, but there should be some advantage of using an inn over sleeping outdoors, as sleeping in an inn is only more expensive.

Maybe healing 2 hp/level when resting in an inn?

I liked the old system where you bought a key from the Inn Keeper and it returned when you left.

I have your Wayward House, Indio, and I was going to write the scripts for that Inn as well as the Last Chance Inn at Rauvinwatch Keep.
