With $66 million I'm sure there are now a lot more women out there who "like him for who he is, not how he looks". ;)

Personally, if I had that much money, I'd go for a personal trainer and a decent chef to cook tasty and healthy meals rather than gastric bypass surgery.

As an aside, do you lot over there have to pay tax on lottery winnings?

Oh, of course, and it gets reduced to present day value too. It's still a lot of money.

The really funny thing is this guy has "gamer" written all over him. :P

I think it gets taxed in Australia too, but not here, but then the lottery rarely gets over $1million here... and hardly ever into double figure millions. What does it mean by reduced to present day value?

Don't you think it's judgemental to say that just because someone who has a double chin the size of of a small child that means he has the sedentary lifestyle of a gamer. Maybe he's just retaining a lot of water! ;)

(i.e., I concur)

Well, here the lotto is priced as a payout over 25 years or so, like an annuity. So, if you want the cash instead of the payments, it gets reduced to present day value. It typically cuts in to less than half. Then the government takes its 40% or so. Still, who would argue?
